Cancellation policy

Some items in our store may be offered as a subscription, pre-order, or trial-before-purchase option. Our cancellation policy explains how you can change or cancel these purchases.


Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription, you'll receive recurring deliveries. These are based on the subscription term and the frequency you select.
Your payment information is stored securely, and a payment will be debited with each delivery, unless you choose to pay in full upfront. Some subscriptions automatically renew at the end of their term. If you don't want to renew a subscription, you can cancel it.


If you want to cancel or change your subscription, you can do so at any time. Order confirmation emails contain links to your orders. You can manage your subscription there.

Pre-orders
When you purchase a pre-order, you're paying for a product that's out of stock or will be available soon but not yet in stock. We may not collect payment or a partial payment at checkout, save your payment method, and collect the full or remaining amount at a later date.


You can cancel a partially paid pre-order that hasn't yet been processed. If the order has been processed, you can't cancel it, but you can request a (partial) refund. See our returns policy for more information about returns and refunds.


Try before you buy
When you purchase an item to try out first, we authorize your payment method before processing the order. You have a certain period to decide whether you want to keep the item. Once that period expires and you haven't returned the item, we'll charge your payment method for the full amount. Further explanation:

DreamCare offers customers the opportunity to use selected products for a 30-day trial period by paying a trial fee.

  1. If the customer decides not to keep the product, the customer must notify DreamCare via the contact page or by email/telephone before the trial period expires (30 days after receipt).
  2. In that case, the customer is obligated to return the product at their own expense within 14 days of notification, in accordance with DreamCare's instructions. Upon receipt of the product, the second payment will be canceled.
  3. If the customer keeps the product or does not return it on time, a second payment will automatically follow.
  4. The paid trial fee will not be refunded under any circumstances, even if the customer decides to return the product.
  5. For all other provisions regarding returns and the right of withdrawal, the regular DreamCare return conditions apply, unless expressly stated otherwise in this article.
