At DreamCare, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. That’s why we offer a fair and transparent return and refund policy.
60-Night Trial
For selected products, DreamCare offers a 60-night trial period. This gives you enough time to experience whether the product suits you.
Not satisfied within this period? Please contact us at info@dreamcare.store, and we will gladly help you find a suitable solution.
This trial period is separate from your statutory right of withdrawal.
Statutory Right of Withdrawal (14 days)
As a consumer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days after receiving the product, without giving any reason.
After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return the product to us.
Once we have received the product, you will receive a full refund of the order amount, including any standard shipping costs.
How can you request a return?
Send an email to: info@dreamcare.store
Please include the following information:
- Name
- Order number
- Product you want to return
We will then send you the return instructions.
Return Conditions
To qualify for a refund, we ask that:
- The product is returned complete
- The product is not unnecessarily damaged
- The product is returned in the original packaging if possible
You may inspect the product as you would in a physical store.
If the product has been used beyond what is necessary for inspection, a depreciation in value may be applied.
Hygiene Products
For products that are sealed for hygiene reasons, returns are not possible once the seal has been broken, unless the product is defective.
Return Costs
The cost of returning a product is the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend using a shipping method with track & trace so the package can be properly tracked.
Refunds
After receiving your return, we will inspect the product.
If your return is approved, you will receive the refund within 14 days after your withdrawal notification, via the same payment method used for the purchase.
We may wait with the refund until:
- The product has been received by us,
- or you have provided proof that the product has been returned
