Can I still change or cancel my order?
If your order has not yet been shipped, we can often still make changes. Please send us a message as soon as possible via the contact form or email us.
I haven't received a confirmation email, what now?
Sometimes our email ends up in your spam folder (annoying, but it happens sometimes). Didn't find anything? Feel free to send us a message. We'll check it for you right away.
What exactly does the 60-night trial sleep involve?
At DreamCare, we believe you can only truly evaluate a product when you can try it out at home in complete peace. That’s why you get 60 nights to see if it suits you.
Is it not what you’re looking for after all? No problem. Just contact us and we’ll help you with the return.
How does returning work at DreamCare?
Not happy with your purchase after all? No problem. You can return your order within 60 days. Just get in touch with us. We will send you the return instructions step by step. Click here to return your order
When will I get my purchase amount refunded after a return?
As soon as your return has arrived and been checked, we will refund the amount as quickly as possible. Usually within 3-5 business days. We will keep you informed by email.
What about the warranty on your products?
All our products come with a standard 2-year warranty. If something breaks during that period that shouldn’t, let us know, and we will work together to find a suitable solution.
Shipping
What are the shipping charges?
Order for €50 or more? Then you pay no shipping costs! Order less? Then we charge a small fee. You will always see the costs clearly during checkout.
What is the delivery time of my order?
We ship everything from our warehouse in the Netherlands. Order before 5:00 PM? Then your order will be shipped the same day.
For the Netherlands, the delivery time is 1 business day.
For Belgium, it usually takes 1 to 2 business days.
For the rest of Europe, we expect 2 to 4 business days, depending on the country.
Do I need to stay home for the delivery?
In most cases, no. Our products are often shipped as mailbox packages!
Larger products are delivered via parcel post with track & trace.
Can I track my order?
As soon as we have shipped your order, you will receive an email with a tracking link.
Is delivery also available on weekends?
That depends on the delivery service. In the Netherlands, deliveries are often made on Saturdays as well, especially for mailbox packages.

What are your products based on?
We only choose products that we would use ourselves and that customers notice really help.
Are your products safe to use?
Yes, absolutely. All our products are carefully selected and comply with European regulations.

Are you a medical brand?
No. DreamCare is not a medical brand. We do not make medical claims, but offer practical sleep solutions.
Are your products only suitable for poor sleepers?
Definitely not. Our products are for everyone who wants to feel better during the day.
