Shipping policy
Our goal is to process your order with the greatest care and deliver it as quickly as possible. Below you can find everything about processing times, delivery times, shipping costs, and what to expect in case of delays.
1. Order Processing
Orders placed on business days before 17:00 (5:00 PM) are usually processed the same business day.
Orders placed during the weekend or on public holidays are typically processed on the next business day and handed over to the delivery service.
2. Delivery Times (Estimated)
We ship from our warehouse in the Netherlands. The delivery times listed below are indicative.
Netherlands & Belgium: usually 1–2 business days
Germany: usually 2–3 business days
Austria: usually 2–4 business days
Other European countries: usually 2–5 business days
Please note: During busy periods (such as holidays, promotions, or periods of increased shipping pressure), delivery may take longer.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are always clearly displayed during checkout.
Netherlands: free shipping from €50 (under €50: €2.95)
Belgium: free shipping from €50 (under €50: €4.95)
Germany: free shipping from €50 (under €50: €4.95)
Austria: free shipping from €50 (under €50: €4.95)
Other European countries: free shipping from €50 (under €50: €4.95)
In some cases, shipping costs may vary based on the total weight, dimensions, or destination of the order. Any different shipping costs will always be shown in advance during checkout.
4. Track & Trace
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a track & trace code. With this code, you can track the status of your package.
5. Not Home / Delivery Issues
If a delivery cannot be completed (for example due to an incorrect address or if no one is available), the carrier will usually attempt a second delivery or leave the package at a pickup point. Please follow the information provided in the track & trace.
Therefore, always make sure your address details are correct. DreamCare is not responsible for delays or additional costs resulting from an incorrectly provided address.
6. Delays
We do our best to deliver your order within the indicated timeframe. However, delays can sometimes occur due to factors such as carrier congestion, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
If your order is delayed, we recommend first checking the track & trace information. If you still need assistance, please contact us at info@dreamcare.store, and we will gladly help you.
Important: Nothing in this shipping policy affects your statutory consumer rights. If delivery takes unreasonably long, you may request that we deliver the order within a reasonable additional timeframe. If delivery still does not occur, you have the right to cancel the order and receive a full refund.
