It costs a bit, and I was somewhat skeptical because I had tried other brands that didn’t work at all. They also caused jaw pain. But this mouthguard really works, and I don’t have any jaw pain. At the end of the night, my teeth do feel a bit sensitive, so I take the mouthguard out. Otherwise, it’s excellent.
